HOW IT WORKS
While we strive for quality every time, sometimes things do happen! If you have received a damaged product, we will refund or exchange. Our policy is seven days return for refund or exchange. Return requests after this period will not be accepted.
We will provide you with an exchange/refund at our discretion for items only where:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging.
- You provide photographic evidence of the broken or damaged item in the box.
- Product was wrongly described, or products received are different to the products that you ordered (does not include colour or size variation, or different pattern/colours of veins of porcelain, or natural look or colour of any material as specified on our website).
- Please, contact us with your issue before returning items to us. Please send your request and photos with a receipt or proof of purchase to email@example.com
- Refund/exchange will be approved or reject once Alma receive and inspect the returned items.
- We will refund original shipping costs if the faulty item is returned for a refund, and the item is not replaced.
- Returns or exchanges will be deemed void if the items arrive back to Alma in inappropriate fragile packaging and arrive broken (or different damages than the photograph taken upon arrival, if it is the case).
- Shipping Costs for exchange result of broken, damaged, or wrong items, ALMA will be responsible for the extra shipping fees.
- Refunds: if you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Refunds Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover any breakages or damages to the product you are returning, as you will be held liable for this. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
- Unfortunately, Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after this, you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
